Kendriya Vidyalaya, Waltair

Kendriya Vidyalaya, Waltair, celebrated its 27th annual day recently. The chief guests for the occasion were additional divisional manager of E.Co. Rly, Solan Gupta and Chairman K.V. Waltair and the guest of honour was Poonam Gupta. Principal G.A. Narasimham welcomed the gathering and spoke about the academic and sports achievements of the school of the year 2006-07. Certificates and mementoes were given to the students for their achievements in academics and sports. The evening ended with a grand cultural bonanza presented by the students.
