Sri Ramana Vidyalaya, Rajapalayam

Grandmaster P. Mahesh Chandran inaugurated the Ramana Chess Club at Sri Ramana Vidyalaya, Rajapalayam, recently. He played against 50 students at a time.

Mahesh Chandran gave a few tips to enhance their skill in chess. The school also celebrated its third annual sports day recently, which witnessed a tough competition among students of various houses of the school. P. Karthik of Std. VIII, and Deepa Jo thy of Std. VI, of Marudham House won the championship. Lt. Colonel Jheer R.K., Commanding Officer, 2 TN Women Batallion, NCC, distributed prizes.
