It’s quiz time, folks
The Young World Quiz is back. It begins tomorrow at Puducherry, and then goes on to Chennai, Bangalore, Mangalore, Kozhikode, Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, Madurai, Tiruchirapalli, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam where the finals will be held on November 21.
At each centre, there will be a written preliminary round to select the six teams for the regional finals. Prizes will be awarded at every stage. Certificates will be given to all participants.
In the regional finals the first prize is Rs. 8000. the second prize Rs. 6,000 and the third prize Rs. 4,000. In the All India finals the first prize is Rs. 16,000, the second prize Rs. 12,000 and the third prize Rs. 8,000.
The title sponsor for the quiz is Amity University.
