Mount Zion Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Pudukottai

Four students of Mount Zion Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Pudukottai, took part in the State-level judo tournament held at Vellore recently.

A. Heera and R. Priyadarshini, both Std. VIII students, won gold at the meet.

M. Iyyappan (Std. IX) bagged silver, while V. Muhilan (Std. VIII) finished fourth.

The youngsters are trained by Kamban Thadiyan.

At a function held in the school, Senior Principal J. Jonathan felicitated the students in the presence of Physical Directress B. Manoranjitham.
