National Green Cops of Velammal Matric H.S. School, Thirupuvanam, celebrated World Wetlands Protection Day.

The chief guest, S. Ravi, arts teacher of Viraganur Velammal Matric H.S. School, gave the inaugural address on the significance of protecting wetlands.

A painting competition was organised on the same theme.
