Nava Nirman Public School, Vazhakkala, Kochi

It was an enriching experience for 56 plus-one students from Nava Nirman Public School, Vazhakkala, Kochi, who spent three days with the adivasis of Wayanad. School principal, V K George, who led the team said that it was a break from the routine city life for the students, camping atop a 5500-feet hill and interacting with the adivasis. Many ethnic items made by adivasis were put for sale in connection with the school anniversary. Very soon, the student s will hand over some clothes to their adivasi hosts.
