Government Higher Secondary School, Killukottai, Pudukottai


The anniversary of Government Higher Secondary School, Killukottai, Pudukottai district, was held recently with usual gaiety. The headmaster, B. Sukumar Devadoss, presided, and distributed prizes to the academic achievers. Prizes were also distributed to the winners of the elocution and essay writing competitions. The president of the Parent-Teachers’ Association of the school, C. Meenatchisundaram, its secretary C. Arockiasamy, and the president o f the School Development Committee, N. Paranjothi, spoke. Earlier, Arul Pandian presented the annual report. The students presented cultural programmes on various themes. The parents and the local residents who were present commended the teachers S. Banumathy, Sugapriya and N. Jothi for organising these programmes.
