Working together

P. SOLOMON DHANARAJ

Qatar established in the 7th century A.D. became a British Protectorate in 1916; and later an independent monarchy in 1972.

Observing 1971 as ‘Combat Racism Year’, Qatar issued a postage stamp to express its strong commitment to fight racism.

The stamp symbolically depicts the joint effort of all people to do away with the inhuman evil.
