Standing tall : Balancing two worlds.

Being a woman and heading a company of global size has its own challenges, but the elite members of this clan are not complaining, rather they feel privileged in taking care of both family and business together.

"It is a privilege to handle and raise both family and business together as a woman," ICICI Bank CEO and MD Chanda Kochhar said.

Kochhar heads the country's largest private sector bank as its CEO and MD, a position she assumed in May this year and has reached after decades of work at the organisation where she joined as a management trainee.

Another woman achiever in the corporate world, Indra Nooyi, the chief of global food and beverage giant PepsiCo, said at the same summit that there were huge personal hurdles in her journey - from growing up in India to shifting to the U.S. and finally reaching her current job at Pepsi.
